the staff seemed friendly enough but honestly, we woudl've loved a room upgrade for putting up with awkward taxi prices. breakfast was so repetitive, it was unbelievable, and why do we even need window in the shower when everyone can see? ! absoluteley unacceptable, and i was almost going to recommend it, but just couldn’t.

the chapter house hotel was really nice and cozy, the staff were super welcoming and attentive. the location was perfect, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. we loved the beautiful garden with the nice view of the mountains. breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and we also appreciated the free coffee available all day.

the aircon in our room wasn't powerful enough for the heat and we had to wait a bit too long for check-out because the receptionist was on her phone.

We had a disappointing experience with our room. It was located next to a public staircase, providing no privacy at all. Despite spending extra on a suite for the view, we felt uncomfortable and had to keep the curtains closed, which ruined our entire stay.

Had a fab time! Our room had a large balcony and a private plunge pool, perfect for cooling off. The attention to detail was on point, like the bathrobes and quality toiletries. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with a mix of hot and fresh options. Oh, and the boutique vibe with colonial decor made it super cozy!

Family with children Exceptional Charm

I felt like I was staying with family. The breakfast was quite superb, and they even prepared early just for me to catch my flight. The little touches like the candles on my return from dinner made everything feel special.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but the experience was worth it.

Such a memorable stay! The staff really went above and beyond. they even helped us with a late-night pizza order! The breakfast selection was fantastic, like sooo many tasty options to choose from. Just a heads up, though, the room we were in could've used a bit more insulation for noise control.

Arriving after a long flight, I was thrilled at how the staff made us feel at home right away, even providing towels for a refreshing shower! The pool area was absolutely inviting, with sun loungers overlooking lush gardens – the perfect way to unwind. Breakfast was a highlight too. not only was it delicious, but the timings let us enjoy a lovely lie-in before indulging!
